If you’ve ever needed to fix something in the dark and not had a friend to hold a light, Joby wants to be there for you with the Gorillatorch Blade. Featuring a tripod mount similar to its Gorillapod camera mounts, the Gorillatorch Blade is basically just a flashlight on a tripod, but it’s pretty cool.

The Blade is capable of cranking out 130-lumen from its ultra-bright CREE XLamp CP-C LED. It also packs a rechargeable lithium-ion battery inside, so no need to lug around replacement batteries. And it features an aircraft-grade aluminum casing, which is said to make it fairly resistant to water and drops.

The tripod bends like the other Gorillapod solutions, allowing it to wrap around objects for strategic light positioning. There are also Neodynium magnetic feet that allow it to stick under car hoods and other metal surfaces. The neck of the tripod allows the flashlight to pan 360° and tilt 180°.

The Gorillatorch Blade is available now through Joby for $60.
